LegantOffice offers specialized consulting in optimizing workplace ergonomics, managing B2B purchases of commercial furniture, and implementing space efficiency solutions. The services are intended exclusively for legal entities and do not include physical delivery of furniture or construction work.
The client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information regarding the space, budget, and operational needs. Any changes to the initial requirements must be communicated in writing at least 5 working days before the project delivery deadline. The client is responsible for obtaining necessary permits before implementation.
LegantOffice undertakes to meet agreed deadlines and professional industry standards. The company is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen changes in client requirements. All design proposals remain the intellectual property of LegantOffice until full payment of the invoice.
LegantOffice is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use of services. The company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoiced amount for the respective service. This limitation does not apply in cases of fraud or personal injury.
Information shared by the client within projects is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties without the client's written consent. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website. Contact data is stored only for the duration necessary to carry out the project.
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-calendar-day notice, by written notification. In the event of termination, the client owes the value of services rendered up to the termination date. LegantOffice reserves the right to modify these terms with a prior 15-day notice, published on the website.
